The Italian company TARTARINI Auto is a manufacturer of automotive gas systems (LPG and CNG), also for engines with direct petrol injection. The manufacturer uses the many years of experience of the automotive department of OMT TARTARINI, which was established in 1941 by Aleardo Tartarini.
The idea of using natural gas to power vehicles gave impetus to the development of the Italian automotive industry, which was slowly recovering at the end of World War II. Thanks to this decision, the small company transformed into a major company in the alternative gas fuels industry over several decades.
In Poland, TARTARINI is associated with factory LPG systems supplied to FCA Poland, previously Fiat Auto Poland under an agreement with its national representative, Auto Gaz Śląsk.
