Copyright and photograph exploitation rules

1. The owner of the proprietary copyright in photographs presented on the website www.nagaz24.com (hereinafter 'Photographs') is “Nagaz Stefanowski” Spółka Jawna in Łódź, 47 Al. 1 Maja, 90-740 Łódź, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź (Poland), 20th National Court Register Commercial Division, at number KRS 28315, NIP (Taxpayer Identification Number) 729-18-81-261, REGON (National Business Registry Number) 471424198.
2.  Any exploitation of Photographs without the consent of the above-named proprietary copyright owner, specifically including copying, disseminating, reprinting, publishing or making them available to any third person(s) for commercial purposes, is prohibited.
3. The owner of the proprietary copyright in Photographs may grant any interested person(s) a chargeable non-exclusive and indefinite license to exploit them for a consideration of PLN 500 net + VAT per Photograph. Those interested in purchasing the Photograph exploitation license are requested to contact us by email at the address biuro@nagaz.pl.
