Reducer repair kit, evaporator LOVATO RGJ type B - a set of elements for the LOVATO RGJ reducer (its first version where the liquid phase filter is under a screw-in Allen key cover) designed for engines up to 165 HP. The LOVATO RGJ reducer is used in the 4th generation SMART and EASY FAST car gas installations (sequential injection of gas in the vapor phase) by LOVATO.

LOVATO RGJ type B reducer repair kit, evaporator repair kit includes:

• membrane,
• mushroom,
• spring,
• I will cling
• body o-rings.

The set does not include the LPG liquid phase filter insert, the solenoid valve plunger and the seals of the water part.

Regulators for sequential gas injection installations in the volatile phase by Lovato, RGJ models, are available in several different versions. If it is not possible to specify a specific version of the RGJ reducer, please take a few photos of the reducer, especially from the side of the liquid phase filter cover, and send it to us by e-mail or telephone contact with a consultant in order to select the appropriate repair kits.

Repair kits for RGJ series reducers are available in three sets: A - liquid phase filter with seals (replacement recommended by Lovato every 45,000 kilometers or more often depending on gas quality), B - membrane and gas part seals (replacement recommended by Lovato every 90,000 kilometers) , C- gasket of the reducer body with other seals to the water part of the reducer (replacement recommended by Lovato every 135,000 kilometers.
