Description of use:
When assembling automotive gas installations , the HOP clamp 7-11 mm is used to connect:
- engine cooling system hoses (water),
- vacuum hoses,
- hoses connecting LPG injectors with nozzles in the intake manifold.
Technical specifications:
HOP band 7-11mm 5M :
- steel tape width - 5 mm,
- minimum diameter of the fixed object - 7 mm,
- maximum diameter of the fixed object - 11 mm,
- good tightness at relatively low torque,
- high flexibility due to the minimum thickness of the tape,
- Complies with NFE 27581 / DIN 3017 standards.
- rounded edges to prevent damage to the hose,
- recommended screw speed - 300 rpm. (max. 500 rpm),
- screw SW 7 Phillips (7 mm hexagon with cross drive).
