The Tartarini reducer (evaporator) is designed for sequential gas injections in the volatile phase by Tartarini. The Tartarini SEQ evaporator is built as a single stage. This design is commonly used in devices used in the 4th generation automotive gas installations, in which LPG in the volatile phase is fed to the intake ducts of individual cylinders through sequentially activated gas injectors.
In the Tartarini SEQ gas reducer, the change of state of LPG from liquid to gaseous (evaporation) and the regulation of vaporized gas pressure takes place in one chamber. Efficiency regulation is performed by electronically controlled injectors. The Tartarini single-stage gas regulator has a relatively simple structure and small dimensions.
The Tartarini evaporator operates with a certain overpressure (working pressure is 1 bar). Its value is kept constant in relation to the pressure in the intake manifold, which is the responsibility of the compensation system. The pressure from the intake manifold is supplied through a rubber hose to the other side of the diaphragm.
The operating overpressure of each LPG vaporizer , including the Tartarini reducer, is regulated by a screw located outside, which changes the tension of the spring supporting the diaphragm.
