Repair kit LOVATO RGJ 3DD, RGJ 3.2DD type B reducer - original type B repair kit for reducer, evaporator RGJ of the Italian brand LOVATO.

LOVATO RGJ 3DD, 3.2DD type B reducer repair kit - a set of elements for the reducer, evaporator RGJ 3DD, 3.2DD versions (versions where the filter is under the cover screwed with four or seven screws), intended for engines up to 165 HP, used in cars with small capacity engines and engines with gasoline direct injection.

The LOVATO RGJ reducer and evaporator is designed for 4th generation car gas installations (sequential gas injections in the volatile phase) LOVATO SMART, LOVATO EASY FAST, LOVATO EASY FAST DI.

The LOVATO RGJ 3DD, 3.2DD type B reducer repair kit includes, among others:

• membrane assembly,
• complete pressure reducing valve,
• gas part o-rings,
• safety valve.

The set does not include the LPG filter, the solenoid valve plunger, and the seals of the water part.

Attention:
Regulators for sequential gas injection installations in the volatile phase by Lovato, RGJ models, are available in several different versions. If it is not possible to specify a specific version of the RGJ reducer, please take a few photos of the reducer, especially from the side of the liquid phase filter cover, and send it to us by e-mail or telephone contact with a consultant in order to select the appropriate repair kits.

Repair kits for RGJ series reducers are available in three sets: A - liquid phase filter with seals (replacement recommended by Lovato every 45,000 kilometers or more often depending on gas quality), B - membrane and gas part seals (replacement recommended by Lovato every 90,000 kilometers) , C- gasket of the reducer body with other seals to the water part of the reducer (replacement recommended by Lovato every 135,000 kilometers).
