These are Italian-type LPG refueling valves (Italian dish) with M10 thread. The reduction makes it possible to refuel a car with such an inlet in Germany, Austria, Belgium and Ireland, where a different type of nozzles is used at petrol stations, cooperating with ACME trapezoidal thread connectors with a diameter of 43 mm.
