We would like to assure you that we process your Data with due care and in accordance with the obligations arising from applicable personal data protection regulations. At the same time, we ensure that Nagaz places great importance on protecting your privacy. 2. Glossary
All terms written with a capital letter shall have the meaning assigned to them in the glossary below:
- Controller
- a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, pursuant to Article 4(7) GDPR
- Data
- means data provided to the Controller, including within the Service by the User, such as first and last name, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, city, VAT number

3. Purposes, legal basis and methods of Data processing

The Controller processes your Data if you have given consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR:
- to analyze how you use the Service,
- to assess the effectiveness of the Service,
- to store data in cookies and collect data from websites and mobile applications,
- to organize contests or promotional campaigns in which you may participate.

The Controller processes your Data necessary for the performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR:
- to enable you to use the Service functionalities necessary for the proper performance of the product delivery agreement and order fulfillment,
